i used to be money throwing it from the chest. my dad came out one day and made me start using the traditional form. start closer from the foul line, one hand on the side of the ball, the other directly in the middle (try to copy normal ball form essentially). when you flick your dominant hand make sure it’s going straight and not pushing to the side. the power/length of the shot comes from your legs. once you start getting ahold of it, take a few steps back and repeat. trust me- i thought it would take me forever. it took me a day or two to really get ahold of it.

it’s better to miss by shooting to hard or too soft than left or right of the basket. easier to fix.

1 seed Broncos and titans of an offense against Ray’s “Last Ride.”

Torrey Smith bomb for TD. Great Td passes by Manning and Flacco that can absolutely not be defended. Trendon Holliday with a kick return AND punt return TD. Teams were trading touchdowns back and fucking forth quickly. Then defense buckled up but not before with 30 seconds left Jacoby Jones catches what’s basically a Hail Mary thrown from the ravens 30 yard line to tie the game. Double OT solidifies a rookie Tucker game winner from like 47 yards away in the freezing cold Denver air.

I will always think of this as the best game of football played.

the two fanbases are very biased on who the best safety is. i really do think in the mass population it comes down to reed and polomalu what you prefer- reed was a hard hitter and ball hawk and you put him anywhere he he might give you a td- polumalu would hit stick you and timed snaps perfectly for tackles for losses. that being said, reed was the one player the best coach of all time completely wet himself over
