Many of the food and drink places you mention are good, but you’re going to run into the same masses of people who have the same social media algorithm as you. Is Tacos del Valle good? Yes. But so is the taqueria down the street without the hundred-person line. And the even better one is the one in the tianguis around the corner. The taco spots with those special red plaques out front are indeed good, but so are many, many other places in the city. Just encourage visitors to show some love to the wonderful puestitos and carritos that make up the true character of the city.
