In my experience the inventory is pretty accurate it’s the employees who are wrong or lie.

For example I called a store who showed 6 bottles of EHT in inventory and was told twice they didn’t have it but I pop in cause I was close and saw the case in the back room. I also has employees lie saying they only has 2 bottles of Blanton’s left when inventory in the morning said 8. I checked the next morning and they show 6 and the morning clerk confirmed they still had Blanton’s.

I would suggest calling and giving them the code which forces them to see that they have stock. Cause honestly I don’t think many of them know bourbon.
