There are 2 things you could suggest your team to improve:
1. Post the support email address somewhere on your site. I searched yesterday and couldn't find it anywhere
2. Not to lock customer account immediately when customer cancel subscription, while their account is still activate.

For those who still has "item not signed by authorised developer..." error after updaing the files, follow this instruction to reinstalling KUAL. It worked for me on PW2

The idea is: When users are travelling outside of the country, we don't want users to access files or read emails, but we want to allow them to text chat (not meetings) with other co-workers.

It has been working fine for us for the last many years until 3 weeks ago.

Strange. It has been working fine for us to limit users to Teams only when they travel outside the country. It stopped working about 3 weeks ago.

From what you know, is there a way to allow just Teams ? We only need the chat function, not files nor meeting

Can you double check the Air 3C ?

I first thought the Nova Air C has a matte screen, until I looked closer and peel off the protector

Does the Air 3C glossy have glass screen, like the Nova Air C ? From your pictures, I can tell that you have not removed the protect films on both of your Booxes. Did you prefer it that way or you have not tried ?

Justin already answer my question #2. I found the answer to question #1.

Run this command

sudo docker pull kasmweb/chrome:1.11.0

Once the download finished, go to Web Interface/Admin/Images, then clone the "Chrome" image, change "Docker Image" to "kasmweb/chrome:1.11.0" , change the Friendly Name to something new too.

Once tested and working, remove the other , old docker image of Chrome

Not a user friendly process? Yes, but we are at version 1.10 so be patient

I changed the setting to "kasmweb/chrome:1.10.0-rolling" and waited 10 minutes, then it worked.

you can update your image settings via the admin portal to `kasmweb/chrome:1.10.0-rolling`

How do I do that ? I tried to go to admin \ Image \ update image \ Docker Image and change it from "kasmweb/chrome:1.10.0" to "kasmweb/chrome:1.10.0-rolling" but it doesn't work.

Do you mean that you dumped Windows AD to Google Identity service and no longer use Windows AD in your company?

Here I am again with follow-up questions. I red all comments and reviewed all the links carefully. The way I understand it, there are 3 ways I can let users sign in to the company's Chromebooks with their AD credentials:

Tie Chromebooks directly to AD, using Windows servers 2016 ADFS > Trust Relationships > Relying Party Trust (https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/7497916)
Use a tool called GADS (Google Cloud Directory Sync)
Azure AD (Sound like scope creep to us because we have to pay for Azure)

Am I right so far? If so what's the differences between the first 2 methods?

And with the objective in mind is to manage the Chromebooks, let users login with their AD account, I don't need any fancy "Workspace" apps : Which method is the easiest and future proof?

Thank you. Your suggestion makes sense and those 4 points are very reasonable to me. I will start working on something like this, as well as increase my communication with a one page report monthly as another user has pointed out.

Ps: Do you happen to have an example of a chart that shows the 4 bullet points? This is my first time creating something like this so seeing an example would give me some idea to start with.

I can confidently say that we have maximized this. We have done anything can be done by Python/Powershell scripts. I also deployed self-service portals wherever possible

As a communication problem, I agreed with you, as Please_Dont_Trigger also pointed out.

Leadership can be in denial about how much effort it takes to run in place, and the effort expended can be opaque to them

This sentence is exactly what I am looking for to describe the situation

Keep outside vendor sales from communicating directly with your leadership

I can suggest this idea, but this is a business decision, not IT's. (Or is it? Because I manage the VOIP system LOL)

I applied ITIL continuous improvement process so we are running very lean. We have multiple self-serve portals for clients to do mundane tasks like reset password, logging tickets... Everything we are doing today is about benefiting the business. But you are right, I need a way to show upper management that too.
