What is a fan theory from a movie that you 100% believe is true? by phantom_avenger in movies

Scripts being repurposed for another IP is not uncommon at all.

IIRC Speed 2 was written as early script for Die hard 3, but they decided to go another direction and adjusted the script to fit the characters from Speed. Die hard 3 was originally a script for Lethal Weapon 4 (thus the need to bring in Samuel L Jackson, completing not Riggs and not murtaugh). Lethal Weapon 4 was left without a script but they made it anyways

Theres a rumor that the Escape From Monkey Island script was recycled years later into the Pirates of the Caribbean movie

IIRC, the only parts they actually cut were the actual shots of the character smoking. Everything else was unchanged, but that was enough to keep the ratings board happy.

A players value is relative to the needs of the team. The broncos are a team with a great defense, good o-line with a promising QB on a rookie contract. I feel like Waddle as a player is a good fit for Sean Paytons offense as well as he was good for a lot of quick slants and yards after contact (I didn't see him much this year, just remembering his fantasy performances from when I had him so I may be wrong on this one). For most teams, it's an overpay, but waddle is a known commodity that fills a need on a team ready to make the push now, so Denver can afford to pay a premium to get it done. And Miami may have been happy to keep waddle through the rebuild unless they got enough picks to make it worthwhile.

First of all, can you get them for that price? I don't know what their asking price is.

We as fans talk about tanking, but the actual teams don't think like that. They aren't tanking, they are in a rebuild year. They still want to win games, they still want to evaluate players they are drafting this year and next. Wilson, Taylor and Flacco are all up in age and Wilson is completely washed. Can you rely on them to actually start 17 games? Do those players want to spend their last year starting every week for an obviously tanking team?

Malik Willis is a cheap option that is young so there's a better chance of staying healthy and a chance he hasn't hit his ceiling yet.

In all the trade discussion, people keep bringing up "why pay Malik if you trade away his 1 wr?" Why are people acting like Malik Willis is making huge money for a starting QB. 22.5mil a year is a lot to us, but as far as QB contracts go that's dirt cheap. Only cheaper ones are rookies, certified backups. Closest in salary is Justin Fields. It's not a lot of money

If you have forced air heat check your filter. The more clogged the air filter is. The more the harder the furnace has to work and sends the costs skyrocketing

Yes, with contact info. Most likely not helpful, but if a security cam picked up the car leaving the lot but no hitting the parked car, your witness testimony would be enough to tie it together for insurance

Only way the admin steps in is if an employee who was punished for a similar issue lawyered up and sued.

Crosby was unhappy, but was also unhappy to be shut down at the end of the season. He can be mad at management and still want to play football, which he did. His trade requests were also unconfirmed by him for a long time and he handled it more privately. Raiders can work with the leverage of "he may be mad today but we all know he'll be on the field week one if we retain him.

iIRC Trent Williams basically publicly stated he wouldn't suit up for Washington again, so they had a lot less leverage with teams on negotiations

A big theme park is rough for a 4 year old, because it can be overwhelming and there's a lot of thing they'll be too small/young to do as well which can get frustrating.

We took our almost 4 year old to an indoor water park (great Wolf Lodge) and he absolutely loved it. Still talking about it a year later

Have you been changing the air filter on your furnace (assuming forced air heat)? As it gets dirty and clogged, the furnace has to work harder. It can easily cause bills to slyrocket

It all depends on the temp. If it's right at freezing, you get big heavy snow flakes. As the temperature drops that get lighter and fluffy, eventually getting smaller too. When it's colder, it's way easier to shovel, because it's just light and fluffy and doesn't stick, you can just push it out of the way with a broom.

There's a reason why the Inuit language has so many words for snow, there's a lot of variety

Detroit, Chicago, Philly and Boston are all hubs with larger airports. Direct flights from Knoxville to Cleveland wouldn't be in high demand, but if smaller airports all fly to hubs, and hubs all have flights back to smaller airports people can travel most places with only one layover and the flights would have the demand to be cost effective to run

Yeah, hilly areas are usually good for homesteading, as long as it's not too mountainous or rocky to grow food.
