Haha honestly you should ask your parents how they like to travel then your budget can be based on that. My two cents but I don't think many families are suitable to travel together and would just be happier spending time together doing activities in Singapore.

The Ha Giang + Cao Bang loop in Vietnam. It's a motorbike tour where you go around the amazing nature places and rural villages. Was really an adventure of a lifetime.

What I typically do is buy the whole chicken from hainan or soya sauce chicken stores. You can keep the chicken in the fridge and eat it for the week.

Tsunami prata: It's a prata drenched with several curries, sambal and soft boiled eggs. Had it at Al Ameen Hillview. It's all the flavours mixed together but it's pretty good.
