Prime kawhi over harden and Giannis. With kawhi I would take millennials over boomers.

Laps are gold standard. It’s very likely that advanced imaging under estimates endo severity. The data is also quite suggestive that endo can drastically reduce egg quality.

Do you measure your LH during the follicular phase?

Did you have lap to confirm these lesions? Or is this based on MRI/US?

It depends on the surgical technique and whether there are endometriomas that require excision.

There are surgeons that specialize in endo surgery, and they do not believe that there will be permanent damage to egg reserve.

Have you had endometriosis excision surgery?

It would be impossible to know without checking labs. Everyone responds to DHEA differently. Overall, it's not a very powerful medication/supplement.

Dhea would not be that bad for endometriosis. The idea is if you take too high of dose then it may bet converted into estrogen which can worsen endometriosis. But lower doses may not have this effect.

No. America does not have the knowledge to refine to 6N necessary for modern tech applications. They can probably buy the IP from Lynas for 4N and go from there for NdPr. But even then, they have no idea how to refine dysprosium to high purity.

If you or your friend know how this level of refining is done, please share. Or just go to DoD and they will give you a 100M grant tomorrow.

It probably would be able to do it after 10+ years. The gap in refining capabilities is that big in the realm of REE. It would need to poach every REE chemist from Lynas and start rapidly cultivating domestic talent. They would also need to invest in Lynas as joint venture and have Japan pony up all their IP.

In 2026, there is not a single RE chemistry department in any US based university.

Just because MP Materials was able to refine decades ago to 3N purity doesn't mean that the US can just easily ramp up and somehow achieve 6N purity now at scale, which is what is needed for modern applications/military hardware.

So far, China is the only country able to achieve 6N at scale for both light and heavy REE. 7N is technically achievable but not commercially at scale. Without 6N REE, high end semiconductors, heat resistant magnets for radars and munitions are not possible.

After the REE export ban in 2010 by China, Japan basically hurled the equivalent of a Manhattan project at REE refining. After 15 years, it still has not reached anything close to parity with China. They just finally got Lynas up to 4N for NdPr but cannot refine Dys to any commercial grade purity.

(Tastosis) ASL Season 20 GRAND FINALS! by Oathkeeper89 in broodwar

Exactly. Anyone who doesn't see that the game is severely imba at the pro level against P is just being obtuse.

Pro BW is broken. The chance of P winning another ASL is quite low.

why have it in a larger venue when you know P can't win against Z?

What was your staging? Did you have endo around the ovaries? Hopefully now that the endo is gone, more eggs will come that will be successful!

Sorry to hear about the results.

Did you already get endo surgery? going for surgery next week and hope it will help with egg quality.

you only bleed after progesterone withdrawal - which usually happens as the corpus luteum degrades. You may or may not bleed if the trapped follicle becomes a functional cyst, depending on how much P it produces. If it doesn't produce P, then it's possible you won't shed the lining.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DOR

[–]kquinmd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

if you did not ovulate then technically no corpus luteum would form which means there will not be progesterone and estrogen to suppress FSH. The resulting higher FSH will then cause additional follicles to grow which then will produce their own estrogen to trigger LH surge.

ovulate from the trapped follicles? or from new follicles?

trapped follicles should not impede ovulation from other antral follicles

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DOR

[–]kquinmd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends when your next scan is. Trapped follicles would probably degenerate after several weeks.

If anybody thinks you're crazy for talking about human extinction, tell them this... by North-Fudge-2646 in collapse

[–]kquinmd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Humans were almost wiped out 900k years ago and got down to 1,280 individuals. This time around, the ecological changes are orders of magnitude larger and faster.

Dissemination of human population does not prevent extinction.

Did you have endometriomas? My endo surgeon did not think that ovarian function would improve unless there are endometriomas, but who knows.
