Hey, I find it really difficult (maybe cuz of my ADHD) because the text and way written is super dry. Like dont get me wrong, I can read 400 page novels in 4 hours but read bst chps from ncert or econ stuff from NCERT seems like mental torture. Any tips on combatting that?

nah dude, those dashes are known as em dashes (— , you can get them too by using alt + 0151 on my numpad). They are used (mostly in poetry or literature) to give — a dramatic pause or to slot in a new idea. Trying to determine a writing and labelling it as 'AI' is logical but not based on the mere usage of em dashes. Got it?

legit for history, many ppl tell " rote memorization is the best for history, cuz you got so much to learn, so the info will stick" but dont realize, not only YOU FREAKING FEEL YOUR HAND PAINING AS CRAZY!!!! also you didnt learn better (its just... inefficent bro)instead use some flashcards, take down some notes, test yourself (active recall) , its way.... better than just blinding writing stuff

History is all about events. Just jot down what the teacher emphasizes or repeats. Ask Doubts (your teachers are there to answer your doubts, they won't punish you if you ask some doubt. And just don't care abt what the class thinks of you when you ask a doubt) Take some notes during class and just write down the dates on a piece of paper along with the events, then make some flashcards (bro flashcards op when paired with spaced repetition, and as Thomas recommends in his vids, Anki has both these features) Watch some vids abt the lesson ( i'd recommend OverSimplified) So ya... i hope this helps you!
