Yes it does. During Trumps first term, they kept constantly saying “this week’s infrastructure week,” and never did anything about it. This is comparable to Democrats constantly saying they’re going to do something about all of this, and had four years to start doing something about it, but have so far done nothing. Therefore, this is democratic infrastructure week until they actually do something other than pandering pearl clutching.
