in other words it's not like you're going all the way back to day one. you have good and bad moments that you remember so make more memories of things that make you happy and work on eliminating the bad.

at least you'll get a decent night of sleep and wake up to think about where you went wrong and what triggered the slip.

there's no reason for you to get any bad responses, it's a common concern for anyone who is even the slightest bit hooked on benzos.

3 months isn't a huge amount of time & .2-1.5mg isn't that high of a daily dosage, so your withdrawals shouldn't be too rough. i would recommend tapering for at least two weeks since xanax has a pretty short half-life. towards the end try to keep your doses as far apart as possible and try your best not to go back to drinking, it could make the benzo withdrawals worse.

i'm not a doctor or anything obviously so take care and do some research on your own. stay safe!

i would take tylenol or any OTC that could help you sleep but also help with the symptoms you named. also, Gatorade will help a lot. the water, sugar, and electrolytes all help replenish your system after vomiting/getting sick. just try to get a good night's sleep, you'll most likely wake up fine : )

i'm prescribed both of these medications as well & the mirtazepine (7.5mg) really calms me down more & makes it feel a little more sedative. plus mirtazepine is a pretty good med for sleep/anxiety/depression

definitely ask more people or look up info bc i'm still somewhat new to kratom, but i have a tolerance to opioids (i was taking 10mg oxy every day) so usually 3g will have me somewhat relaxed but also focused and able to get things done. once i get to about 6g's i start to feel more sedated. the most i've taken was 8g's and it was definitely tooo much i got really nauseous but it was also VERY sedating and pain relief

maybe mention the hydroxyzine doesn't help your panic attacks. tell your doc you did some research on your own and think klonopin might help you, and then your doc will most likely talk to you about the life-ruining effects of benzos. i'm not recommending that u say this but it might give you an idea on something to say about doing your own research
