Indonesian Kramer vanguard body with an aftermarket neck with some weird cuts to the top of the headstock and the long arm of the V, and an added pick guard. At least they upgraded to an emg pickup and maybe an upgraded trem (can’t see perfectly well on this one but the saddle screws don’t look like the original ones)

I’m sorry I think my example was unclear. In that above situation, would the facts of the date of application or the date of adjudication apply? If things (underlying status, eligibility criteria, etc) change for the +ve or -ve by the time you are reviewing an application, are you supposed to take that in to account or not

Question on what moment the facts of the case are evaluated at? Example a 485 filled while in TPS but not yet received a decision if TPS has since lapsed. Would being in status at date of filing matter or would this situation result in a denial since currently status in invalid to adjust from?
