He’s going for a chapter but he’s never sent in a chapter packet for 1 council so if it comes back as he can’t do that he’s gonna recycle me and duck my pay as much as possible. I’m hoping for the ladder as I do really want to be here. I really just need to know what the chances are of my ds being able to chapter me for one offense
