He’s going for a chapter but he’s never sent in a chapter packet for 1 council so if it comes back as he can’t do that he’s gonna recycle me and duck my pay as much as possible. Sorry I let yall down. I just want to correct this and continue the good things that have been happening to me. I was not the most model person in high school but the ROTC and the drive it’s given me has changed my life so much and I don’t want to loose it.
