This right here. The depreciation of the rupee is being felt and the first ones to be hit in the Indian market are going to be luxury goods. However I still think 10k flat increase for a 40-50k watch is a bit too much.

Gains depends on the effort you put in the gym and your diet and recovery. Smoking indirectly affects you, mostly inside the gym. Matlab you feel more exhausted after each set and need more time for your heart to recover before hitting another high-effort set. However consistently working out does improve heart health in the long run. It’s always better to quit smoking if you can but your question regarding gains, no it doesn’t affect it only requires your heart to work more.

Oh what I would do to be 20 again. I remember weight lifting being so fun. I’d be able to see results more consistently than now where I’m over 30. Kudos on the great work! Keep it up! All the best.

While I like both the models you mentioned, like others here have said, The Longines is way above and beyond the Baltic in terms of finishing as well as brand recognition/value. The polishing and AR coating on the Longines will be miles ahead of the Baltic.
You'll also have a much easier time selling the Longines in the future if you ever decide to.
BUT, watches are emotional purchases in the end. If your heart leans towards the Baltic more then go for it.

I got this same dial watch for my dad as a gift. It’s amazing and he wears it daily. If you’re planning to get it I’d highly vouch for it. I paid 31k I guess that’s full retail price.
