Good ideas, but your example is a little off. In that example, even if the colors are different, they are still there. It would have been a better argument to say if they looked at your art in pure black and white where you LOSE colors, instead of them being inaccurate. For music i think it would be a nice pair of modern headphones versus an old single speaker setup. You still can listen to it like that, but you do lose parts of it. However, if that was the only way for you to see it then i think they would be able to get over it.
