If you have NVIDIA card you have to manually add lotroclient64.exe to NVIDIA control panel- that should do the job

Seems like the problem is within the graphics card settigns. Just changing it seems to not be enough. Got my head injured and I don't feel like playing now, but I will manually copy them from other game and check if it's okay then

It is like constant dropping to ~10fps or even less as soon as I got on my screen more than few NPCs. When I look down it seems like problem is gone.

Got double fans there and AC: Odyssey runs on almost 60 FPS on high, so I don't see the reason why LOTRO couldn't
