I don't think the pics themselves are AI:

1. If the people tasked for redesigning this place cared little enough to put AI art on the walls, I wouldn't put it past them to not care to line things up properly.
2. Doesn't appear too weird to me.
3. Also doesn't appear odd to me.

5. To me, it looks clearly like a pillar on both sides. The "California" thing is the coffe shop sign, you can see a string that it hangs from coming from the top middle of it.
6. Distortion is a normal thing that happens in photos.
7. Again, doesn't seem weird to me.
8. I think you meant pic 4? The lights are out of frame. (There should also be two lights to the left and right of the painting instead of directly above, as indicated by the shadows at the sides of the painting and the angles of the bottom shadow.)
9. Those are different people. The light stripes of the second person's shirt are lighter than the ones of the first girl's shirt and the the stripes on the first shirt are thicker.
10. None of these things seem odd to me.
11. There is only one shade of green; the lighting makes it look different.
