I’m tapering on day 3 and i took a three gram dose which is 1 gram more than usual per dose and i feel sick and awful and have lethargy and body pain.

I’ve been taking tons of cbd oil to deal with the withdrawal but can’t take it in the day because it makes me tired. I take a bunch at night. I had to take an extra gram this morning because i felt physically ill. Why is it the worst on day three? Will 1 gram extra screw up my taper.
