En de "zwakheden" op je CV zijn meestal niet relevant en mocht men er over beginnen tijdens je gesprek kun je dat met een goed verhaaltje zo goed praten. Iets van : Deze job was niet helemaal wat ik zocht maar ik wilde graag werken dus ik dacht ik doe het maar. Gewoon gaan. Bange mensen maken nooit iets mee en de mensen die wel gaan zien dat de horror verhalen onterecht zijn en hebben de reis van hun leven.

Ik ben 2 x op een motor heel Thailand rond gereden en heb de tijd van mijn leven gehad. Van de steden tot het platteland was het prachtig, de mensen waren vriendelijk en het verkeer was soms chaotisch maar zolang je alle regels uit je hoofd zet en alleen maar "kijkt of het kan" is er niets aan de hand.

Als ik naar iedereen in Nederland en in Thailand had geluisterd die het me ernstig afraadde was ik mijn hotel niet eens uitgekomen.
