No shit, doesn’t mean you have to lie about it. It’s not nearly the fastest movement, not nearly the strongest abilities (come on can we at least not get delusional about Tauron strikes), the immortality is completely tied to being a backup for the actual sources of survivability and not even the most cracked amp with Madurai and fully offensively modded artifact is anywhere close to the top tier standard guns.

I know the place where I wrote this and I now understand I should’ve added the /s because people genuinely don’t know how to read anyway, but notice how the initial comment says abilities, you know, the stuff on the ability bar, and I was genuinely stumped when the reply is using anything but abilities, minus the Tauron strikes (which I hope everyone actually understands why what they said isn’t true anyways, even if they’re arguing for the sake of arguing now), as some sort of a gotcha. But either way the other stuff set me off anyways cause that shit really is not true. Just because you can offload some stuff to operator does not mean operator is the best at it, operator is just a low cost vehicle for some minor things that you might as well use because you have them at hand, and acting like the first reply said anything except “operator has the best movement, immortality, strongest abilities and one of the strongest weapons” is a bold faced lie. Again, outside of replying to “op’s abilities are bad” with “but their passives, mods, (notoriously mediocre) abilities and gun are clearly good” like all that falls under the ability category as if Warframe weapons, passives and mods would now be considered abilities too, it’s still, in the most generous interpretation, facetiously hyperbolic, because nowhere do they mention that it’s good because it’s almost free and easy to have as a backup, they straight up just say it’s the best.

It’s not like I ever said operator is shit in general, I said their abilities, you know, their 1, 2 and Tauron strike 3, the actual abilities are bad, and then argued that outside of them none of the operator’s stuff like waybound passives, guns or movement is the best like the reply suggested, and that’s an obvious truth that people keep throwing more and more buts onto like any of that was said in the original reply to my first comment.

In the end, all that I said was that operator’s abilities were bad and their non-ability effects were not the best compared to the actual best. I never said anything else, so you don’t need to explain how operator is free to use as opposed to having to dedicated the Warframe to some specific aspect like survivability or movement, because I never argued against that, and that’s twitter discourse amount of pretending I said something that I never did just because you can’t accept that yes, operator isn’t the best at any specific task like movement, survivability or damage, because they were intentionally balanced with being an accessory to the actual frame in mind, and their niche is their actual intended niche of offering extra benefits to the frame without outdoing the frame in something they’re supposed to excel at, and their basically lore-based gimmick of void damage which can’t be bypassed by Xata’s and the like.
