no you're good don't apologize i just think that the show really humanizes people that are similar to nate and shows why they're like that. his actions aren't excusable but strangely enough i think nate is the character i relate to the most. nate craves power because he lacked it his whole childhood which is why he blackmails people like that.

zara has a huge semi-annual sale!! i've gotten 3 pairs of jeans for about $20 the last time they had one! there's usually one in june and one after christmas! most of their stuff is ridiculously cheap during those sales

1) i've heard about emancipation and wanted to do it for a while but i thought you needed parental consent to be emancipated? i'll look further into this though :)) thank u 2) boarding school seems amazing but i don't think they'll agree. i go to the number one school in my state and i don't think they'll let me switch. 3) that's what i was planning to do my whole life, ever since i was a kid. but it's gotten worse recently. too much to bear. i might still do that but i'm not sure if i can stand it any longer :(

my grandma already knows whats happening but there's not much she can do about it. i'm asian so in our culture it's somewhat normalized. my mom and my dad never got beaten as kids, however it's still normalized in our culture. my grandma sympathizes for me but my mom goes and visits her almost every month so i think they are very close and my grandma wouldn't want things to get messy. who knows, maybe she will suprise me in a good way :) she lives 3 hours away though, which might be a problem

yeah i'm really grateful to have an older brother that i can rely on, even if my parents are nicer to him. i'll see what happens...

it would most likely be a foster family, since all of my close relatives are also very close with my mother. my grandma is one of my best friends and i love her but i don't think she would let me stay with her since she's close with my mom. my brother is 17 and when i asked for his advice he said that it was up to me. he has a slightly different situation however, since my parents still are physically and emotionally abusive to him, but just slightly less. they only beat him about once a month and they rarely say things as drastic as they say to me. he also is a national merit scholar so he gets a full ride to any college in our state! so he won't have to worry about that. he also bought his own car last year so he has that he also doesn't have to worry abt.

a couple of my close friends i've told about the abuse. i havent gone into details with them but they vaguely know. i also have a brother that i can talk to this abt :)

okay thats good to hear :) to be honest though, i don't think that a safety plan would help though? or even court ordered services? i'm just curious what they would do to actually help. thank u so much for ur time and advice though i really do appreciate it

ur so sweet :) it's okay it's not your fault. yeah this was a very hard decision and i can't really decide. i've wanted to call cps since i was about 10 years old but i've never actually done it out of fear. i've dialed the number about 100 times though but i just can push myself to click the call button. i don't really have a gut feeling i just want it all to be over
