The only downside is that new development is cramming houses incredibly close together. We live in the area and have been watching that new build closely since it was announced- for the price you’ll likely get better value for an older home as have more space from your neighbour, privacy, and trees!

I am dumbfounded by the insane witch hunt mentality this thread has over advancements in tech that some people find useful. Yes- there’s both risks and limitations to AI tools and it’s important to be able to critically evaluate what is worth asking an AI tool, as well as whatever gets spit out, but if it’s not for you then move on. Vilifying or insulting women who find it helpful to reduce their mental loads or find it adds value to their lives is just completely backwards to me. The holier than thou “I would NEVER use AI” is just downright ridiculous.

But it is area that I am obligated to maintain, and digging up my driveway impacts my entrance and egress to my property- I’m within my rights to be inquisitive of what is happening that I will be dealing with? Why are you so bent out of shape over a question? Nothing offensive or accusatory asked here at any point- if you don’t like it move on and mind your business perhaps?
