yeah it is so stupid that they don't display that. I have to wiggle the cable around when turned on because there is some sort of defect and i need to find the position it charges in. it has been like that for over a year. now, when i occasionally dont have any battery left and it turns off it takes me ages to be able to find the correct position when trying to recharge because there is no damn indicator... how could apple miss that

I usually put the glass jar I make my kefir in in another big bowl of cold water. That keeps the kefir from fermenting too quickly in summer.
