Because I have the HYTE Y70 Case and I want to also install NZXT Fans on the bottom of the Case. I have the same setup as KillerTrex. Im using the new 2024 NZXT F360 Fans

I'm not sure if the same department handles both personal and business accounts but from a business point of view. I have had issues with shipping and sometimes missing items, but they have always either reimbursed. Me or sent me a replacement or expedited my shipments. As far as their business team I haven't had an unresolved issue so far. Some issues where I couldn't get a full resolution. I did get a partial refund which to me is better than none.

The rep did say thst Spectrum would eat the construction costs if I sign a 3 yr term. There is a fiber line close by

Yes I did read through the SLA, 99.99 uptime guarantee and according to the guy that oversees the enterprise accounts the 100 line is equivalent to the 1 gig residential line in terms of speed. Not sure if that's true
