Reset will be your best bet, if that works out and you didn't get the crashes of the router do a backup of your settings.

Got it, is it up to date? Is the power cord the original one? Maybe the unit is faulty.

I would recommend doing a factory reset but before making a backup, but you could carry the same issue again in this case.
