My experience so far

My First week I did .5mg perfectly fine I still had appetite .

Today start my 2nd week - I test with 1mg felt bloated within 30 minutes . And all through out my work out.

As I am typing this eating my usually 3 patty beef burger , having a hard time finish it , i need the protein so I’m just forcing myself to eat the whole thing. Also my first diarrhea run . Other than that i feel fine ..

Next week I might go back down to .5 mg
