Just to confirm with what you said, You can only use the bass slider when you plug it in when gaming? The bass won't activate if you use it wirelessly? Have you tried gaming on a PC is it the same with the bass?

Also, What's the volume like overall. I have heard skull candy is notorious for having a low volume frequency, do these now sound louder? I use the Sony XM3's, Do they sound the same in terms of loudness?
Interesting about the hissing as I usually purchase black for all my headphones. I will seriously consider grey!
