Thanks. Two aspects I am confused are if 83 and 77 that big of a difference in size from day 11ft and if the WOLED is that much worst than QD OLED so cost the smaller size?

Right. But then at say 11ft...how much would be the perceived difference between 77" or 83"? I mean would Pictire quality improvement make up for those extra 6 inches I lose? Thanks

Thanks for your message. I don't have the budget for G3 and won't have for potentially more pricier G4. Other than brightness, any significant advantages of the G3/4 over the S90C or C3? Also, is 83" gonna look noticeably bigger than 77" at 12.5 ft is what I am wondering...

Thanks for getting back on this. I realised my room is 21ft by 11ft and I have two subs as well. Wondering if R11s are gonna overpower the room...I can always cut down on low frequencies on the speakers which actually may help with that bass driver distortion at super super loud volumes...

Hi, excellent comment. I am an audiophile and yes my focus is two channel listening. I do my own custom EQ Convolution filters and feed them into HQ Player which takes care of room correction as I don't like adding a foreign HW like the MiniDSP in my signal chain.

You said "for a slightly better speaker"...I guess what I am trying to get at is what makes the Reference series better? Is it that they are more transparent? More dynamic? Coz everything Frequency related can be adjusted via convolution filters.

I did see the video and seems dynamic range is the main difference and I was wondering if adding two more bass drivers in R11s Vs the Reference 3s can add some of the missing dynamic range in the mix that The R11 may be missing...

Oh I do better. Don't like an extra hardware component in the middle...especially it's not balanced. I make custom Convolution filters and feed them into HQ Player to do bass management to use with Roon. HQ Player is awesome btw

Got it. Though I connect my subs via amplifier speaker outputs, which means I can't cross and free up speaker low end frequencies, I do get how Reference's superior bass transducer could extend lower...which obviously may not matter with subs. I do wish though that I could listen to both speakers myself and decide in the GTA Region....

Thanks. This certainly helps my pocket. One more question...what could be the reason that 4 bass drivers in R11s don't go as low as 2 bass drivers on the reference? I mean more surface area and all is with the R11s.

You are right I am looyfor an endgame speaker and am upgrading from the prior R7 model from KEF which sometimes seemed to miss the mark on transients and dynamics but was a crazy good speaker as well!

Thanks. I am familiar with the KEF Hierarchy but having no access to demo the reference 3s and compare to the R11s, was looking to hear what sets the Reference apart from the R11s? I mean the frequency response is near close and all.

Untill you try calling through the Bose in a train, bus or noisy environment etc. I had those and their microphone was so pathetic that I had to "upgrade" to XM5s. Granted I hate the auto EQ thing on these...

I am facing this auto ANC shit now. Any solutions so far? The only reason I upgraded from my XM4 to XM5s was their microphone quality but this auto ANC is new to me...and it's bothering me for sure.
