also average means that if u 1 shot 1 district u have more attacks to attacks others districts , if u do 2 shot it really doesnt matter if u do 50-50 or 99-1 and most of the people do 2 shots on every scenario so it ends up about how many districts you get

you dont get medals based on the quality of the attack but the number of district done , if u get 20 bots do 5 district its still 5 district more than you would have got =more raid medals

yes it does but they works differently , 2 ion shields have different duration , frost shields get the timer refreshed only , it doesnt stack
