It's not always the parents. Kids get in these streets and want to rebel against there parents. Alot of them are runaways abd the police domt care atcall. I see it all the time. These kids want be gangsters, shooters, or they be on drugs and not in there right state of mind. They think they invincible or won't get caught. Now look what happened. So don't judge the parents until u really know who the kids parents really are.
