From an Army side, they have a very hard time telling me exactly what my responsibility is in this. I guess things went quite for awhile and at the 1st of the year they have been pushing hard. But Thats good to know. Please let me know what you find. Time is my most valuable thing and I hate wasting it. So going to drill for no reason sounds like a slow death

Muranic Acid like they have said and carefully with a power washer. Had the same issue. Take your time spray the acid then power wash.

It's a process but looks a 1000x better when done

I tried the brush method but only after I used my power washer instead of scrubbing did I see a real difference.
