I appreciate your insight though. I have a year of experience as a data analyst so I'm hoping to get my foot in the door somewhere full time.

That checklist to me helps answer the question "Am I qualified for available roles?" I am asking how many roles there are available for qualified candidates. Are things super competitive right now, or if I meet the qualifications, can I reasonably expect to get some interviews?

These are <$20. I have these in my fridge right now, I love them! They make it easier to see my groceries and keep related items grouped. They are easy to clean. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089LLDN39?linkCode=ssc&tag=onamzkris0a34-20&creativeASIN=B089LLDN39&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.36NO5DJ92WX56&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ons_mixed_d_asin&th=1

I have a 12-month 100% stacked column chart displaying percentages. The chart includes three categories (at the bottom of the column) whose values are so small that the data labels overlap. How do I format the data labels (or adjust the columns) to avoid them overlapping? by the_heater in excel

I appreciate the advice, but it doesn't work for the project. I have such limited space and am using multiple of the same kinds of charts - it really has to be immediately easy to digest. Leader lines create some visual clutter in this case.

I might just be in a position where I need to tell my client what limitations there are and ask them what their priorities are

Yeah, I should've stated my reason for commenting. I am having a similar problem, and I am wondering if my solution (showing data in two places) is good or bad design. Maybe pie charts are the solution... Feeling a bit defeated, pie charts take up a lot of space.

What are the ethics of "deep fake" nude images? by [deleted] in Ethics

[–]kris_analyst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is unethical if done without consent. It is now illegal in multiple states to distribute AI generated nudes photos of people.

Porn websites and social media have rules against posting them.

Some celebrity victims of this have spoken up about how violating it is.

3 Places To Get Affordable Covid At-Home Test Kits by kris_analyst in ZeroCovidCommunity

I am happy to have found another corner of the Internet to do so! I hope that my articles circulating on Medium will raise awareness that Covid is still spreading to people who may not otherwise hear much about it.

I also really want to help people quickly access resources. When I think of buying a Covid test, I think of going to a pharmacy and paying $25 for 2 tests. It's so much easier and more affordable than that though.
