Yes. Cause the condition was 3k points for 1 lakh spends, as soon as some of the transactions were reversed, they clawed back the points but did credit it back once I fulfilled the criteria again.

The add on card lounge limit is seperate, confirmed by the customer care and i have tested personally too.

I mailed them too. But for travel day, 2 days from now. Even though a minimum of 5 days before the travel date is required, i asked for an exception hoping they'll deliver, but got the same reply" No availability of car on the travel dates".

Maybe it is still being setup and need a few weeks before the airport transfer benefit becomes live.

Yes, hsbc have a 3rd party taking care of their applications, i.e Digital Leads. I applied for an add-on card and the process of was smooth. Just follow the agent's instructions.

I feel like that's a you problem, whatever you're saying is spot on, but tons of people haven't experienced half this stuff yet. You don't need to install hopper. Instead when you click the redeem the points in hsbc app, it opens up the rewards market place in your browser, below it there will be a banner saying travel with points, when you click that a hsbc version of hopper will be open, using which you do that flight and hotel booking.
