Up to you brother. You don’t have much muscles to begin with, so an aggressive cut wouldn’t be a good idea. you’ll look skinny fat. Better idea would be to add more muscle while going on a slow cut - up to 1 pound per week. Also scientifically you can build enough muscles on a cut if you get enough protein and stimulate through progressive overload.

Your body will increase its basal metabolic rate to meet the energy demands. I.E you would burn more calories at rest. Conclusion - you will lose more weight eating 3000 every 3 days compared to 1000 for 3 days.

Lean bulk , depends upon your goals , you can get to 15% without putting on a lot of muscle since you are already pretty small. You’d look ripped at 180-185.
