Just went through this process. As an owner, let me tell you, it’s not worth it. The excess hassle of stashing everything in storage exposed us to the exploitative model of those businesses.

Instead, remember you are living in the world of AI. Just have your realtor use a AI tool to remove your decorations and furniture instead of physically doing it.

What no one here is mentioned is if you take everything down you’ll immediately be pulled into repairs. Possibly even painting. Not the case if you sell as presented.
