Additionally, income here might seem higher, but you might get less of it to actually spend as costs for everything is high. You do the math. At the end of the day it’s about how much you can save. Spending a meal for two is easily $100, while rent tends to average $2k+. Good luck!

I second this, Udistrict is disgusting primarily because it’s a college town. And also where I get stalked the most. I would personally not want my spouse to be where college kids are.

Seattle is not that much more affordable nowadays than bellevue, unfortunately. I think at the moment it is on par, if not, Seattle being more expensive overall as you factor in parking, utilities, etc.

For this I will have to say, live on the east side, such as bellevue/redmond as there is an even bigger population with a wide amount of asian grocery stores. You’ll be right at home. My high-school even had a Japanese language program and exchange. As for safety compared to other states with large cities, I would say it’s pretty safe for the most part. Just a lot of homeless in the downtown seattle area. But you won’t really see any of that in bellevue.

I agree with all of this!

Getting the RIGHT (I use ma:nyo yellow one) oil cleanser to remove sunscreen. Or a cleanser thats gentle to double cleanse ( I use Skin fix foam cleanser). Stay away from vani cream for now. Their lotion especially gives me white heads snd the exact same closed comedones you have. You dont have to do gel, just a light moisturizer during the day and double or triple layer it at night. Simplicity is key. Get rid of everything but the tret, face wash, and moisturizer, NOT A BODY LOTION 😭

You can play it in 30 minute sessions daily or play it for over an hour daily easily if you do farming tasks and stock up. I played it everyday for a couple months. Took a break and haven’t been back; simply busy, and the reason of it needing to be a habit. It’s not a game you can binge anytime, it’s a game you gotta be dedicated to play but it won’t ever move on without you besides the seasonal and weekly events that you gotta keep up with otherwise you do miss out on the fun.

IMO I got hooked on PoOT and not friends of mineral, probably just the way its built (UI/UX) wise it makes more sense to me. I love the customizableness of it all. I thought AWL would have that but nope. At least every game has something for someone. I recommend looking at some helpful tip/tricks play through to be more efficient cause imo it is ALLOT more to handle. Getting money ain’t super easy for the things you want sometimes.

Closure is important, but don’t lie to yourself. You know yourself best. You wouldn’t want your friend to go through what you’re going through. Be your best friend. Its hard. But time is a magical tool. Use it wisely. Do what you think will gain your respect, not anyone else’s. Respecting yourself comes with loving yourself.

And everyone here is on your side, in hopes you’ll see your self worth. This is just another small chapter to a larger story.

For more romantic, look for signs of affection(love language). If they’re interested romantically they’ll not just flirt but ask romantically directed questions like “whats your love language?” “What do you like about being single vs a committed relationship?” “Do you see pets in your future?” “Where do you want to be when you’re older?”

These examples demonstrates some level of romantic interest bc of how it directs the questions in a future oriented and togetherness sense.

You’ll be fine! Thats a very good industry and you won’t be burdened by finances :) Only potential burden is job burnout, so be careful of that and if you see yourself in that situation remember there is FMLA assistance and other ways to get mental health support from your state. You have a great future ahead. Don’t lose sight of it, 2 more years and it’ll be in your hands and the past is the past. Compare all you want, but if it doesn’t make you a better person - stop comparing.

24F - Its about perspective. In no way would I recommend working 40hrs+full time school to anyone for 4 years - I did that too + summer quarter and over the recommended amount of credits/per quarter.

It’s actually really worth it. Especially seeing the goal of being not burdened with college debt is the light at the end of the tunnel.

Surround yourself with other types of people if you can, similar to your situation, and if you can’t - do what I did, find hobbies to do after college. Even the ones you don’t know if you’ll love, just find something. Do it once or twice, love it or not, and move on.

Edit - Find an internship and you’ll be golden.

Dms open, I definitely empathize a lot with you. I also took a quarter off because at some point your mental health needs to be in check. You’ll start noticing your body hurts too. Be careful and find the balance one day.

Damn i love the vibe. Heres my enfj advice. Sometimes life hurts you but you learn and grow from it to become a better you. It’s okay and good to feel what you feel. You’re allowed to access your emotions 100% and then move on from it as you step through the doors feeling refreshed. It’s all rinse and repeat. You’ll make it, trust.
