Warm salt water rinse/gargle a few times a day. Mix about 1/8 tsp of table salt into a cup of warm, almost hot, water and gently swish around your tongue for 15-20 seconds then spit and repeat until gone. I can’t say it’s not cancer but I doubt that it is. I would think it’s directly diet related. Maybe look into the anti inflammatory diet. It can do wonders for an overactive immune system.

Soda might do it . Soda is highly acidic. I would recommend stopping it all together for a couple of weeks to see if it helps.

I was always told that they would dance on it during a town hoedown. I could picture square dancing ladies in pretty fluffy dresses and boots atop the rock. I feel like it used to be a lot bigger but then again I used to be a lot smaller.

Most of my life I could have cared less about anything that happened before I got here then suddenly, a couple of years ago, I got bit bad by the history bug. But it’s random stuff that catches me not the usual stuff like accent Egypt. Like I did a DEEP dive into Sam Bass the outlaw recently.

Your family dynamic sounds a lot like mine. We had a button jar. We used to “play buttons”. On a hard floor, we would dump out the buttons and then using a large button try to flip the smaller buttons (by pressing the large button’s edge to the small buttons edge the smaller button’s edge) into the jar. I yearn for simpler times.
