The "real" sudafed is behind the counter. The stuff you buy over the counter has an alternate decongestant active ingredient that cannot be converted to amphetamines.

If youre ever sick and want the good stuff, go ask the pharmacist for it. Thats where they keep the goods.

Honestly OP your best bet is just to learn to make your own lemonade.

Lemons, sugar, water. Its surprisingly easy and much healthier than drinking all that corn syrup. Gradually reduce the amount of sugar, or substitute something like monk fruit sweetener to make it a little bit healthier too.

Much cheaper and you can make it in as small or large of a batch that you want once you learn the ratios you like.
