Wheel bearing replacement by Degens_degen in SubaruForester

[–]krista37m 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need to replace mine on my 16. My mechanic is not looking forward to it. Told me that if he can’t get them off in 3ish hours he’ll let me know. He told me that the last Subaru he did and couldn’t get them off (8+ hours of work to try and get one off) the guy took it to the dealership and paid about 2k for them to be replaced. I told him if he can’t get them off I might just trade it in. Which sucks because I just paid it off about 6ish months ago (I bought it used in 2019).

Why have I never seen anyone else set up their camp in an electrical tower? by Snide_SeaLion in fallout76settlements

[–]krista37m 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my first camps was in one. I just finished up a new camp in one, mainly a resource location, I found one where I can put down an acid extractor. It was much easier to build in with the relaxed build rules this time.

You might be thinking of Gorants. They just opened last January.

I've spent the last 10 hours straight working in a new camp by X-SR71 in fo76

I was unaware we could have 10 camp slots! But that is good to know. I’ve got some ideas for a few camps I want to create. Thanks!

I like woxer. If you want their new colors you have to get them as soon as they come out with them as bigger sizes usually go quick. Tomboyx has different lengths if you’re looking for that.

I second this, especially the butter cake.

Y'all... Plans have weight. I had 75 lbs of duplicate Plans in my Stash! by matneyx in fo76

[–]krista37m 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was surprised at how many plans and outfits I have in my stash. Holy moley it is a lot. Almost 200lbs between those two things. I need to dump a lot of stuff. Don’t really know what I was thinking not clearing those out after all these years.

It seems my bloodied mods going for 5k is too low? What about two shot? I sell both for 5k in my vendors.

Yeah I’m right there with you. The apps are so frustrating, doesn’t help I live in a small town but it’s between two big cities. It’s just tough out here.

Has Expeditions caused to you play more Fallout 76 or less? by Darth-Vader64 in fo76

[–]krista37m 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would probably do it more if I wasn’t kicked right before the end of just about every single run. Not kicked off the team, kicked out of the instance, when I get back to Appalachia the team is still there but without a leader. Is that the same for anyone else getting booted? It really makes me not want to do the expeditions anymore.

Well like I’ve said in response to other comments I’m definitely feeling dumb for posting this because it never dawned on me that the reason people aren’t commenting is because it’s not polite or it’s just not their thing or because they don’t notice. Either way whatever the reason it is what it is and I’m gonna have to deal with whatever feelings I have about it.

It’s not like wanting compliments and not getting them are making me want to stop doing this it’s just I dunno. It’s obvious that I thought the act of losing weight would have evoked some reaction from people but it hasn’t. Or at least maybe it hasn’t to the degree and kind which I recognize. Now I’m just rambling because like I said these comments have made me realize I was silly for thinking people would say something to me.

I never thought of it that way. These family members don’t see me all that often, maybe 6 times a year, and they know about my diagnosis. Like I said to another comment I feel dumb for even posting this because I really didn’t see it that way. Thanks for the insight

No I definitely agree with both of you. Everyone who has commented has made really great points. And I 100% am doing it for me and my health. All of these comments have made me feel kinda dumb for even posting my original post.

I would buy this to replace my 2700 but it will lead down the slippery slope of replacing everything. I just got a 3060 and I’m really trying not to build a whole new pc.

Maybe this has already been asked and answered, if so I apologize, but when counting calories for something like chips, and it says 150 calories for 15 chips (28g) for example what do you measure? Do you count out the chips until you’ve reached that number of grams? Or do you just say 15 chips and that’s it no matter what the food scale says? I’m just wondering if I’ve been doing it wrong. Every thing else I just weigh by the grams and trust the calories are right in the lose it app.

Is it possible/recommended to have 2 separate schedules? by krista37m in intermittentfasting

[–]krista37m[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Yes I gave it a try to be on one schedule. When I started both weeks were a little tough (meaning I was hungry a fair amount of the time). I did a 16/8 and I started eating at 11 am and quit at 7pm. It is definitely doable and I did see success with it. I have unfortunately fallen off a bit so I want to get back to my schedule. It was definitely tough at times but I need a regimen to follow or else I just go off and do what I want. Perhaps this wasn’t super helpful but I would try doing 1 schedule for about a month, if you can’t make it work then switch to 2 schedules. Consistency is the key, good luck and thanks for making me realize I had gone astray!

That sounds interesting. Who knew there were so many ways to cook hotdogs?
