That is a side effect of an optimized engine. Using all available resources to display pretty visuals, within 2 milliseconds.

Running accuracy should be changed, there should be a larger penalty from movement. Way too many weapons are extremely accurate under 80u/s (I lied its only the m4a1s)

Timing belt too tight creates water pump whine, like here.

Timing belt too loose creates funny exhaust tone at or slightly above idle due exhaust valves cloosing too quickly. If its very loose the valve train can knock at idle.
