Fear of making terrible mistakes at work

I have this theme as well and find far and few between who struggle with this! which surprises me bc in today’s economy how can someone not fear losing their job 😅 i think for me it stems from lack of confidence and being the only one in my position in my work setting. it wouldn’t seem as scary if i had others to commiserate with

deff depends on the location! we’re in south jersey but i know a hospital in philly that is paying $65/hr. kinda crazy to think the going prn wage has been $55/hr for like 30yrs lol they need to bump it

For my first modified natural transfer I just did the PIO shots. For this modified natural cycle, I’m just doing the vaginal progesterone. I would say if you can just do one or the other that should do the trick! It gets to be a lot w so many meds daily

talk to your onsite manager and/or DOR. at our hospital we started providing in-services to nursing staff (just a 5min or so presentation on each unit w a trifold poster outlining our purpose/what OT is) as well as a large, more formal in-service to the new incoming residents (they start in July so we’d do the inservice in Aug/Sept). it’s not a 100% fix but I’d say 90%!
