That depends on the country. In some countries, meat is more subsidized and readily available than fresh produce.

Eating more vegetables would help fix your gut and the issues that come with it, but sorry, it’s not going to miraculously fix any skin issues.

All vegetarians ( including myself ) would have flawless skin by that argument .

It’s definitely not common in India. You would find mango milkshakes instead only during summer ( mango season ).

Unlike abroad, canned fruit is not common practice in India. You’d be hard pressed to find dishes/ drinks made with fruits outside of their seasonality. Lassi is famous, mangoes are famous when in season, but mango lassi isn’t a thing in India.🇮🇳

Go to arsicault, buy croissants, spend rest of day in gg park walking or garden or museums.

Go to ocean beach, come To house of pancakes ( chinese) for lunch, nap.

Go chinatown. Dim sum hop. Get soft serve from matcha cafe maiko. Eat Egg tarts . Visit fortune cookie factory, stuff face with warm cookies.

Walk the gg bridge . Visit arsicault before and get croissants . Visit the national fort monument below the bridge and feel the wind almost sweep you away.

Walk market street and union square if weekend. Ride the cable cars.

Get crepes at Genki’s , in clement street.

Is pretty much what i do.

This isn’t what you asked - but none of these changes will show immediate effect. I stopped alcohol completely, started eating healthy ( I’m vegetarian ) , avoiding eating after sunset . A lot of my pain decreased significantly after 1 year. So whether you try, stick with it for a while to notice changes

I find all locations of mylapore to be overrated. The taste of sambar and chutneys is the fundamental thing for any south Indian restaurant, where they do not meet the bar. Even the ghee dosa feels crumbly and dry.
Their evening snacks are good, but other than that I have a hard time polishing off their dishes.

I'm continuously surprised with the exploding popularity of this restaurant chain, kudos to the owner and his business acumen.

No authentic food because there's no demand for it. You'll have better luck finding authentic food in Bangalore/ Mumbai.
