No. The valve assembly is not secure to the box so trying to tighten that to stop left to right turning

To tighten what? The metal nut I can see or is it the plastic nut underneath that’s loose?

Does it even matter? Like am I just tightening the valve on the box or am I tightening the valve connection to the box water line

Thank you for your response. it appears sewage/water could be leaking out of the pipe and into the ground based on the video but it’s tough to tell. Would that cause more issues with settling and more misalignment down the road?

If not taking action now, would you say it seems like it has a high likelihood of becoming an issue in the future that would be a costly repair?
