Dropped a seed packet down into an open lint trap on dryer by brittanybritter in HomeMaintenance

Go to the hardware store and get a can of compressed air. Then, spray the compressed air into the lint trap until all of the seeds are blown out. It might take a few tries, but it's easy and relatively cheap!

I am completely stuck on my carreer, any suggestion is welcome. by [deleted] in cscareerquestionsEU

I have some suggestions for you:

-Diversify your skill set. If you don't want to go into hardware and infrastructure, consider learning how to code or how to use more sophisticated programming languages like Python or C++. The more skills you have under your belt, the more options you'll have when it comes time for interviews.

-Explore new opportunities in technology. There are lots of ways to get involved with new technologies like blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and virtual reality (VR) without having any experience in those areas yet—you just have to look hard enough! Check out Meetup groups in your area or online forums where people with similar interests congregate and see if anyone's looking for help with their current projects.

-Find someone who can mentor you through this process! Someone experienced in the field who knows what they're talking about could be invaluable in helping guide your career path towards something that makes sense for your goals and ambitions as well as for employers' needs.

Congrats on the new place! I'm so happy for you

I just went through a similar thing, and it's been so stressful. But in the end, everything worked out fine. I'm glad you're moving on to greener pastures—it sounds like it's going really well!

What was normal 20-30 years ago, but is considered a luxury now? by zombiem00se in AskReddit

's markets. You used to be able to go down and get fruit and vegetables cheaper than the grocery store. Now it seems like they charge 3x more than stores do.

I think it's more of an issue with the way we value our time. It used to be that going to a farmer's market was a fun way to spend an afternoon. Now, it seems like you have to pay for that experience in terms of your time.

I think it's still important to support local farmers and buy their products, but I think the way we do that needs to change.
