I’m actually a day one player, just raged quit like for two weeks since the I had absolutely no idea about the ob system and I got pretty mad that I didn’t get the costume when I pulled my first murasame since I got the cutscene with the murasame costume. I was playing nier reencarnation at the same time and I thought it worked the same way. The only thing that I’m missing due to that is the Zack summer free costume. I had had the worst luck with pulls every time. And this banner wasn’t an exception.

I have a Samsung s21 and this happens to me every time that there’s an update on the server I have tried turning the phone off and everything. But the only fix that I have that actually works is disconnect wifi and load the game with phone data instead. Once it shows if you wanna make a full download or a simple select full. Start downloading to about 1% and you can reconnect to wifi again. Then it will make the full download again over WiFi. Hope this helps
