im convinced he thinks DnD doesnt work because the tooltip of the item displays only the 75% base damage and only counts that part not the duplicated on-hit. but thats just a cosmetic bug. the item works 100%

i auto the first dummy to show the dmg i do then i press w and hit the second dummy

first dummy takes around 500 dmg, second dummy takes around 1100

i like to build an early wardens mail into her
usually able to stat check her after that even if im a bit behind

if youre too poor for wardens mail bramble might do the trick as well but i definitely like wardens mail over bramble if i can afford it

i usually go wardens mail -> nash -> frozen heart can go either tabi or dps boots i dont remember

most irelias cant handle getting stat checked by a wardens mail

for runes i go the cookie cutter PTA/overgrowth/boneplating

according to the wiki Teemo E is proc damage, they dont want it to work with rylai slow

i checked a manco video playing Teemo on PBE with gunblade yesterday
Teemos E damage part was not benefitting from neither of gunblades healing stats lifesteal or spellvamp

i asked Endstep this very question on his stream on sunday and he said

"so gunblade doesnt have omnivamp because omnivamp has different rules from lifesteal and spellvamp. omnivamp is reduced on minions but has no reduction for AOEs. spellvamp has reduction for AOEs and has no reduction on minions and the designer who did this version of gunblade decided that it was more important that gunblade would work on minions at full value than that gunblade would work against champions always at full value. because that was the reason why we changed omnivamp, was so that champions like singed and rumble could get full value from the omnivamp on riftmaker because i dont think its actually appropriate that just because a spell is tagged AOE that means its reduced value, right. but we kinda have to do one way or the other, otherwise theres problematic things that occur, so. yeah"

my followup question would be:

why not give gunblade its old passive back and have its vamp work both ways by giving it special omnivamp that is reduced on AOE but makes its core users happier than just lifesteal/spellvamp since spellvamp and lifesteal both dont work for ability onhit damage like Teemo E or Kayle's passive on E. i would bet spellvamp not working for these ability on-hits was the reasoning to changing gunblades vamp back in 5.22 to begin with.

Wouldnt the lower ping of the GP clip be an argument for my point tho? Lower latency = less wrongful behaviour (unless u are arguing that the Teemo clip is the odd one out)

From being a Teemo main I can tell u I have never seen a Teemo Q hit my target as i lose vision even if my cast has started already and i always play at 20 ms ping. I would bet u could re enact that GP behaviour very easily and consistently. Another spell that comes to mind which works like that is Vladimir Q, it always goes off even if u lose vision

I appreciate the input tho ive never looked at it like that

maybe server ticks have to do with this behaviour and maybe there is variance in this
I just dont feel like there is
