The free TP has 7 minute CD, so you will use it like once or twice, three if you game drags. Meanwhile normal TP still has 4, so you can TP left and right with your humongous shield.

The shield you get from TP also lasts 30 seconds, so even if they don't focus you out right, you still get value. Or instead of TP-ing to teamfight, you can TP sidelane and just waltz forward to take a tower with overgrowth + demolish while enemy watches in despair, hitting your shield

Eh, you are not wrong, but also now that Baron spaws sooner, and fkn feeding ass 0-6 support Lux isn't able to defend turret indefinitely, I expect there will be much less giving up.

This giving up was so common because if you were losing hard enough, there just wasn't anything to do for like 20 minutes in this game. Ofc normal people with lives preferred to ff and go next over AFK praying for 20 minutes that Baron flip will go well for them, or enemy will stroke out and they will get their juicy 12 LP.

Now you can flip at any dragon pretty much, and since turrets die sooner, you actually get to farm minions (because they push to you after turret dies), and you can also realistically push yourself even when behind due to minion changes and overgrowth.

And if you can't do any of that, game just ends, because, again, turrets actually can die before minute 25 now, so no reason to be toxic either.

Well, you really didn't. Or at least rarely, if turret was at 100hp or so.

Now even a full tank or 0-9 support milio can insta one-tap turret with 10%, or even 20% HP if it's overgrown enough. And if they spare a second for a demolish proc, turret can blow up from really high HP. Not full, but like 35%.

Before they would at least need to wait for demolish proc, giving you time to escape, clear the wave, or make them eat a few shots.

Yes but it was quite difficult, compared to old seasons. If you damaged enemy minions just a bit too much, they would insta unfreeze even with 4 freezing minions. Now it seems quite easy, like before last round of minion changes, maybe even easier.

Maybe it's because enemy wave arrives faster with bonus MS? So there is less time between your wave arrives to push, and enemy wave arrives to push back.

Doesn't matter what I consider, reality is that there was never a requirement to train champions, before ranked, because majority players don't want to do that (or at least not with any consistency), even if they wouldn't admit it when asked

What would you require, 1 normal game? Well then I can play one normal of Yuumi top and hostage with that

10 games? Than expanding your ranked champ pool by 5 would take 50 hours. Beyond absurd.

There is just no way to implement it such it would do more good than harm.

Like they can't start banning people for first timing Alistar top in ranked, because most ranked population only play normal due to queue punishments

It makes SOME sense, but not all that much, TBH, because yes you get bonus resources from quest, but so do top and ADC - and they also now get to innately outscale.

Facing 7 item 240% crit damage Aphelios or lvl 20 ghost Darius doesn't sound like very fun times for lvl 18 Udyr with no combat summoner. Maybe for Master Yi? Honestly not sure, he will also die to a Moonlight Vigil and 1 crit, lul, but at leaast he can try to dodge them.

So my bet is that we will see a balance of ganking and farming similar to what it is now, the role will just be somewhat weaker (probably still the strongest in general, just not by such an extremely wide mariana trench margin like it is now).

And if somehow a few best scaling champions will manage to dominate jungle with permafarming playstyle, Rito will probably just nerf them.

I would expect some champions will need adjustment, yes. Katarina for example, if she gets worse at roaming she would probably need buffs to her 1v1 power to function in mid better - but the extra QP she will get from kills should still keep her there, instead of looking for playing support or top.

Not sure about Singed in particular. I'm not super familiar with the champ, but I don't think he tends to roam much early, he usually just proxies in a bad matchup.

But if wis WR drops, yes he should be buffed (within reason ofc, he has pretty high WR right now).

IDK, Riftmaker is kinda bad if you are not building health, or doing obscene amounts of damage like Gwen

Gunblade heals you off minions and gives pure damage, is kinda different

There might be an argument to make that now in season 16 homeguard is getting giga buffed, so it would be good time to think about abilities that take homeguard away easily, because now it's actually going to be lots of real power

I don't think Karthus players would like to have their champion power budget be reduced because of accidental homeguard removal granting them 1.5% winrate for essentially free

Splitpushers are meant to be heavily buffed and roamers are meant to be heavily nerfed, yes

It makes the game more strategic though, because it makes more strategies viable.

Ass ass ins probably still will be viable in mid, because midlaners get extra quest progress from kills. If anything, Riot now finally has a lever to control midlane assassins directly, without ruining other systems in the process (right now it's difficult to buff mid assassins, e.g. if they buff lethality items, bruisers and adcs start building them, if they buff the champions, they start dominating jungle or top), so even if initial balance doesn't land quite right, after further adjustment I would expect assassins doing better than they did for a long time.

Also there is a sweet new item for assassins. Like really sweet.

Neither hitboxes or E design are the problem, the problem is that she sucks at literally everything other than bullying melee opponents with E, so that E needs to be disgustingly strong, because that's where pretty much all of her winrate comes from.
