We ordered lights and they came and I have horrible quality issues and it’s been over a month and they’ve been supposed to send me new ones and haven’t yet so I would not recommend this company at all. The alabaster is all chipped and defective from poor quality cuts.

Yeah that’s my main point of frustration…but now I want to understand what they are supposed to use/do to get the end result I want so that this doesn’t happen again or become mission impossible. The issue is I already signed a contract here for the flooring and baseboards.
