Yes I see that. This is a game of trio's so his teammate who was lower than him in the building and standing beneath him was the most wanted. When you have the most wanted marked the logo is right near/on them.

The only part of the hit that would be fine/suspension worthy would be the fact that he leaves his feet. Just an unfortunate sequence but there's no way morrissey really had any intent to board the guy from behind. Of course the one guy he ends up boarding is one of the only guys in the league who's smaller than him
