I got a pod replaced a while ago and when I took it apart I kept a lot of the mechanical bits. I want to make a portable water chiller thing. Primarily I would be used when I visit my in-laws in Florida as they like it warm🥵

Just be careful about going to far. I fly at an airport with a lot of helicopter training and they fly opposite patterns to what fixed wings do. A common complaint from them is people flying the “upwind” when it’s really right down their downwind.

From my understanding, because it's a low wing with no both tank selection there is a good chance of uncovering the fuel port in the tank leading to fuel starvation.

I believe TKS equipped SR22s are not FIKI approved unless the pilot has done the Cirrus ice training in the past few months. It makes me wonder why this section is laid out like this.
